COVID-19 Policy

Dear Clients,

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we have made some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

  • One member per family is allowed in the exam room and we ask that you wear a mask at all times.
  • If you have an appointment with a veterinarian, please call 613-544-7387 upon arrival for further instructions.
  • Continue the use of credit/debit cards as the preferred payment method.
  • If you are picking up food or prescriptions, please come to the pickup window in between both front doors. Our doors are not open for clients to come into the building at this time.
  • Continue to offer pickup of food and medication from our designated pickup window (unless you have used our online store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, click on “Online Store” in the menu.

3. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE

If you wish to connect with a veterinarian via message, phone or video, visit our website and follow the “Online Consultation” link.
