Associate Veterinarian
I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2011 and joined Barriefield Animal Hospital the summer after graduation. I was very interested in biomedical sciences in school, as well as companion animals, which led me to veterinary medicine. I am never bored with the wide array of different cases and challenges I encounter on a day-to-day basis. My special interests are in dentistry and internal medicine. I also enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. I share my home with my poodles, Lyla and Gordie. Fortunately, they are able to join me at work every day because of our doggy daycare, although Lyla prefers to be the clinic greeter when given the opportunity. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, playing volleyball with friends, and competing in canine agility with Lyla.
